This Shipping Policy explains delivery options and processes for purchases made through Boohoo’s website and mobile applications (“Platform”). Please review this policy carefully for relevant shipping timelines and terms before placing an order.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get purchases in your hands as swiftly as possible so you can debut our latest styles! To set accurate expectations, standard delivery timeframes for purchases are:

United States

UK and Other Countries

Delivery windows depend on product availability, order validation, payment authorization, packing and shipping transit times. We cannot guarantee orders will arrive within a specific delivery window, but provide these estimates to help you plan.

Be aware during peak seasons like Black Friday or holidays, order volumes may exceed capacity so additional 2-4 day processing delays could occur before dispatch. You will receive shipping confirmations with carrier information to track orders as processed.

For quickest handling, check product pages to confirm availability and inventory levels before ordering. We also recommend ordering by 2 PM local time for same-day processing.

Standard Shipping & Handling

What’s included? Your order purchase price includes standard economy shipping and handling costs to destinations we deliver. That means you pay no additional carrier fees for standard delivery!

Exceptions Some oversized or heavy items like costumes, select shoes or home goods may require premium shipping or handling charges at checkout. We display those fees clearly during purchase path if they apply to items in your cart.

Delivery duties & taxes For international shipments, any applicable import duties or taxes are not included in the purchase price. These are billed separately by the carrier upon delivery, based on customs regulations for specific countries.

Next Day Delivery

Can’t wait to debut your newest outfit? In select areas, we offer next business day delivery for in-stock items ordered by the 2 PM local order cutoff time.

This expedited service has an additional charge of $6.99. Your total order price including next day delivery fee will display during checkout prior to placing your order.

Placing Next Day Orders
Key things to know:

As long as in-stock items are ordered before 2 PM local time, we dispatch same day for delivery by 9 PM local time the next business day. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days.

You’ll receive shipping confirmations with carrier tracking links, so you can follow your shipment’s progress!

Missed Cut Off
If you miss the 2 PM cutoff, don’t worry! Orders still ship quickly via our standard delivery within 3-5 days. Only the next day upgrade speeds transit.

If part of a multi-item order is unexpectedly out of stock, we may split ship available items next day while awaiting backordered items.

Premium Delivery Add-Ons

Along with Next Day Delivery, other delivery upgrades you may select during checkout if eligible include:

As with Next Day, these premium upgrades apply to in-stock merchandise ordered before 2 PM local time. During checkout, you can select eligible upgrades displayed if your delivery location qualifies. The additional fees apply on top of any Next Day Delivery charges.

For instance, enabling Next Day, Saturday AND Evening Delivery would incur additional fees totaling $6.99 + $9.99 + $4.99 = $21.97 extra to your purchase amount. Your total charges including any delivery add-ons will clearly display before you complete checkout.

Delivery Addresses

We ship to single addresses located within territories we operate only. We CANNOT deliver to P.O boxes, APO boxes, hotels or dormitories.

Be sure to enter accurate residential or business addresses during checkout, as we rely on address details for successful delivery. Reach out ASAP if you realize an error after order submission at support@mizunoirons.com.

Rescheduling You can reschedule in-home delivery if needed for a small fee by managing delivery options via your Order Updates page. Simply select your new preferred date.

For next day or premium deliveries, you must reschedule by 2 PM day prior or regular fees may apply instead. Saturday reschedules are unavailable.

Returns
If you need to return items from an order, please follow our Returns Policy. We recommend using shipping providers allowing package tracking and transit insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without a tracking number or assume liability for lost return shipments.

Rural Area Deliveries

We make every effort to serve customers in rural areas, but limitations exist for next day or premium shipping beyond our control. geographic zone skipping that can add days in transit beyond our standard estimates. Make sure you account for realistic delivery timeframes based on distance when selecting expedited upgrades.

If you routinely experience late deliveries, we recommend choosing standard shipping and handling without premium upgrades when ordering. This allows realistic transit time for rural routes. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds of upgrade fees due to carrier delays in remote regions.

Military / School Addresses

For military post office (MPOs, FPOS) addresses or university mailrooms, you should list the recipient name along with full street address details for the barracks or campus mail facility. This ensures proper routing and receiving within larger complexes.

Do not include P.O. box numbers. If needed, please provide a secondary phone number or email address enabling the carrier’s local facility to contact your mailroom for simplified delivery instructions or scheduling releases.

Pickup Locations

In select areas, carriers may allow you to redirect packages to convenient pickup spots like local pharmacies of FedEx or UPS stores. There you can retrieve parcels at your convenience without missing home deliveries.

Where available, we notify you of pickup options via text/email shortly before delivery. You then simply redirect to your preferred authorized pickup spot through carrier web links. Arriving packages should be held for 5-7 days at location before returning to sender, but we advise promptly collecting purchases once ready.

International Shipping

Where we ship Currently we deliver to select countries internationally, including:

Due to ever-changing import regulations, sanctions, and other legal/logistical factors, not all merchandise may ship internationally or to every country. Restrictions also prevent us from shipping to Russia or Belarus at this time.

Eligible destinations display automatically when you enter shipping details during checkout. If your country does not appear, unfortunately we do not deliver there presently. We continually explore expanding our global delivery reach.

Taxes & import duties Import taxes, customs clearance fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and other border taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations when receiving imported goods. As the recipient, you are responsible for these tax payments directly to the carrier upon delivery. Such costs are separate from and in addition to your purchase amount paid to Boohoo.

Rates can range widely based on item type, quantity, value declarations and changing fiscal policies. For approximation estimates contact your local customs authority, but actual taxes billed by carriers may differ. Boohoo has no control over border tax regulations or fees levied by delivery partners internationally.

Delivery timeframes
Due to customs processing, inbound inspection, trans-shipment formalities and international transit distances, delivery ETAs to destinations outside our domestic coverage area are longer:

We dispatch orders promptly once successfully processed and submitted to our shipping partners. However actual delivery speeds can vary widely based on stock availability, backlogs, import restrictions, weather, peak volumes and other logistical factors across supply chains. Transit timeframes should be taken as estimates only.

Tracking international packages You receive email notifications when your order ships containing carrier tracking links. This code can be referenced on the shipping company’s website for delivery status updates as available. Please note limited tracking and irregular updates are common for international postal services. Allow several weeks after expected delivery date before reporting missing shipments to accommodate extended transit times.

Currency
All package values declared and any border taxes/import duties charged are in amounts converted to your local currency based on current exchange rates. Credit cards also bill international orders converted accordingly.

Returns In the event you wish to return merchandise shipped abroad, please submit return requests within standard policy timeframes and follow required return procedures. You may be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in your local currency to original payment method. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, specific refund amounts may differ slightly from original debits.
